IV. Installation Instruction
4.1 The receive module JP2 in the above picture (PR5200) serves as the option switch for NO and NC of the photocell switch.
4.1.1 When toggle switch JP2 is set to NC, it remains normally open without power.
4.1.2 When toggle switch JP2 is set to NO, it remains normally closed without power.
4.2. Installation
4.2.1 Install the photocells at least 20cm above the ground to avoid reflection, with a minimum distance of 50cm between emitter and receiver.
4.2.2 Ensure the photocell receiver is installed away from direct sunlight or strong light sources (±5º) for stable operation.
4.2.3 Avoid placing other infrared photocell emitters within the effective receiving distance.
4.2.4 If installing additional photocells on the same line, position receivers at both ends and emitters back-to-back.
4.2.5 Ensure a stable installation to prevent signal skewing due to vibrations and avoid malfunctions.
4.2.6 For installations involving angles, adjust the PCBA for optimal alignment.
4.2.7 After ensuring correct line connections, connect power ensuring emitter and receiver CAPs are aligned (receiver LED off); misalignment causes the receiver LED to light up.
4.2.8 After confirming correct connections, connect power and align emitter and receiver CAPs for NC/NO connection. If obstructed, NC/NO disconnects. For toggle switch JP2 at NO, states are reversed.
